Brand-new account, Instagram-led traffic. Content cadence was three posts a week. Solo for the first 8 months. Joined OFMODEL in September 2025.
What we did: Built a 24/7 chatter rotation. PPV calendar moved to 2 drops per week with segment pricing. Tip menu launched in week 2. Paid promotion ran $1,800 / mo on partner accounts. By month 3 the account hit $32K MRR.
Established creator. Plateau for 5 months around $18K MRR. Doing 8-hour DM days alone. Joined OFMODEL in August 2025.
What we did: Voice-trained 4 chatters in the first 2 weeks. Inbox triage moved to a tiered model: VIPs got bespoke chats, mid-tenure got weekly check-ins, new fans got a tip menu nudge. PPV pricing rebuilt by tenure segment. By month 6 MRR was at $61.8K and the creator was back to producing 5 posts a week.
How these numbers were collected
Revenue is reported via the Infloww CRM, which logs every PPV unlock, tip, and subscription against the chatter who closed the conversation. Monthly totals are net of OnlyFans platform fees. Periods are calendar months, not 30-day rolling windows.
Case studies are picked to cover both ends of the roster: a brand-new creator and an established creator who had plateaued. Both are real accounts. Neither is the median (the median takes longer to ramp than 3 months and starts at a different baseline). The point is to show what the operational levers look like, not to set an expectation that every roster account hits $30K in 90 days.
What we will share on a call that we cannot publish here
Per-month revenue trajectory with chatter mix, tip menu performance, and paid-promo cost per acquisition. Both creators agreed to share that data privately on audit calls with serious applicants. Apply and ask.
