Every creator application crosses his desk. He owns the hiring bar for chatters, the contract terms for new accounts, onboarding, the weekly audit calls, and the read on anything that underperforms. Operating executives
Two executives run the machine under Jack: one owns the chatting floor - shift coverage, training, quality control across every account - and one owns operations: payroll, scheduling, promo buying, and creator reporting. Neither is public-facing, both are NDA-bound, and both have been running the floor since before the leaderboard year.

How the team is structured
Three layers. Chatting is the largest: 200+ active operators covering every time zone, so DMs never sit unanswered. Operations sits above them: the two executives, shift leads, payroll, scheduling support, promo buyers. Leadership is Jack: standards, contracts, audits.
None of the chatting or ops team is public-facing, by design. Every team member signs an NDA before account access. That keeps creator earnings, identities, and DM history out of every conversation that is not about the account itself.
What Jack actually does in a week
- Reviews every new model application and replies within 24 hours.
- Runs the audit call: a 30-minute screen-share through a creator's last week of PPV and mass messages.
- Signs the two-way NDA on the agency's side before any account access begins.
- Reviews the prior week's PPV performance against the segmentation plan, per creator, with the chat lead.
- Runs the chatter interview short-list and approves trial offers.
What we don't do
The CEO does not pose as the creator. The chatting team does, in the creator's voice, with the creator's sign-off on the tone. Leadership is not a chat seat. The CEO does not work individual fan replies, run day-to-day ads, or show up on a creator's account in any voice.
